During its annual general meeting on 3rd June 2024, the new board of directors were elected to serve the association for two-year term, starting from June 2024 until May 2026.
Oknha Ngov Leang Houth, chairman of HGB Group, was elected as Chairman. Ryoji Fujita and Brian (Suck Kyu) Ko, President of Toyota (Cambodia) and CEO of Hyundai Camko Motor, were both elected as Vice-Chairman. Oum Kim and Hy Ramy, Sales Director of TF Motors and vice-president of HGB Group, were elected as the Secretariat and Treasurer respectively.
The meeting also welcomed new members on board such as BYD, GWM, Hyundai and the return of Mitsubishi after few years away from CAIF. All new members understand the importance of becoming a member and to be part of the association, in order to build a strong unity and to raise up as the only voice to represent the industry to the government and relevant stakeholders; and ensure that our voice is being heard and the concerns within the industry has been brought for consideration.
Aside from that, other critical issues were raised up for the discussion from all participants such as the exclusive right issue and the import of latest-model vehicles by the parallel importers; the readiness to implement the Euro 5 emission standard by 2027, proposal to government set up the technical regulations (Standards) to ensure all imported vehicles are safe to drive, the EV policy and promoting the clean energy vehicle to comply with CN target by 2050 and other activities such as CSR, etc.

The AAA Driving School is state-certified and licensed
to provide the 33-hour in-person classroom course (note, student
state age requirement must be 15 years, 10 months old).
If the instructor is late, you will receive credit for the time you
missed on the day of the lesson if the calendar allows or in a future lesson.
If a student driver cannot make it to a driving lesson, arrives 15+min late, do not have
a valid permit/license, a no-show fee is accessed to cover
instructor’s time.
